Pre-made Items

You will be notified as the shipping label is printed and your product is packaged.  

Custom Items

We will conduct a meeting to discuss custom items before any construction takes places.  Once construction has began we will notify you promptly. As construction is finished, you will be notified once the product is shipped.

General 

We ship to Canada and Us using Canada Post shipping methods. Free Shipping will be Canada Post First Class Mail. Canadian orders will ship tracked and insured with Canada Post. Rush shipping (Canada Post Express) is available at an extra cost if you need your order guaranteed by a certain date. It only affects the time in transit, NOT the lead time. 

Most Piñatas ship out within 1-3 business days from purchase. 2D custom orders may take 3-5 days and 3D custom orders take 4-8 days to ship out. Please note delivery time will vary based on shipping method selected during check out. Please contact us for rush orders considering custom orders may take a little longer.

Rush shipping (Canada Post Priority Express) is available at an extra cost if you need your order guaranteed by a certain date. It only affects the time in transit, NOT the lead time. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

Due to size of certain Piñatas and different states Priority Shipping Price may be higher, if you need a shipping quote contact us and send us your zip code, we will gladly check other options available.
