Refund policy

All our products are tailor made, in order to make sure all details are clear before we begin production we offer clients the option to fill up meeting where client gets the chance to co-desing their items before placing order. Since item personalization includes chosen colors, theme, size, style and finishing. We don't normally accept refund or exchange. However there are some exceptions we make, If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product, please contact us to see if your case would apply for return and refund. If applicable, you will return it to same address on label unused, undamaged and in same exact condition that it was shipped to you within 3 days of receipt and we will issue a refund to your credit card for the product's price (Shipping charges won't be refunded).

Your order will be packed carefully and professionally. If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will open a claim with Canada Post on your behalf. 
We are not responsible for carriers' late deliveries or damages.
